Location:Pays d'Oc - Southwestern France

Varietal(s):100% Pinot Noir

Winemaking: De-stemming, cold maceration and a two week fermentation period in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Part of the wine is aged in Burgundy barrels using only French oak. The other part is kept in tanks to capture the fruit.

Visual Aspect: Intense red ruby color.

Nose: Jammy fruits, spices and herbs.

Palate: Round tannins. Black currant, licorice and black cherry flavors. Long lasting vanilla-tinge finsh.

Food Pairing: Enjoy Pinossimo with red and white meats, duck, roast beef, pizza and many dry cheeses.

3. 黑皮諾 Pinot Noir

為勃根地(特別是金丘區)的代表葡萄品種 通常不做調配使用 只採單一品種釀製 其單寧酸不若卡本內品種強烈 然可釀出飽滿強勁 具有個性的葡萄酒

略厚重 - 較早成熟 酸度較強的品種 具備足以蓋過丹寧澀味的豐富果實 強健的風味獨具個性

香氣 - 年輕時充滿草莓 覆盆子的果香 熟成之後 則會添增土地 菇蕈類的氣味

酒色 - 明亮鮮豔紅色

主要產地 - 法國勃根地 香檳區 德國 加州 澳洲

4. 加美 Gamay

適合栽種於勃根地 薄酒萊地區的土質 其他地區雖也有栽種 惟不若薄酒萊一地有極高的評價 由於多半會釀成色澤淺 味道清淡的口味 才會成為薄酒萊 努瓦等新酒的原料 不過其中亦有經的起長時間醞釀的而形成味道濃烈者

輕巧 - 以酸味為基礎 但有一點澀味的輕巧口感

香氣 - 富有草莓 櫻桃等果實香氣

酒色 - 從淡紫色到紫紅色 經過長期陳年後酒色會更深濃
