尼爾喬丹（英語：Neil Jordan，1950年2月25日－）是一位愛爾蘭導演與編劇，曾經憑《亂世浮生》獲得奧斯卡最佳原著劇本獎。

尼爾喬登(Neil Jordan )的作品不算多，但卻是世界知名的大導演之一，因為他的電影每每推出必是轟動影壇的巨作。1986年他執導的【蒙娜麗莎】（Mona Lisa）曾入圍坎城影展競賽片，並在世界各大影展獲獎無數；1991年的【The Miracle】則入圍柏林影展競賽片。1992年尼爾喬登執導的【亂世浮生】（The Crying Game）震撼全世界影壇，不但獲得金球獎最佳影片與奧斯卡最佳導演的提名，最後更獲得了奧斯卡最佳劇本的殊榮。1994年，他為好萊塢拍攝了【夜訪吸血鬼】（Interview with the Vampire）成功邀請到當紅的湯姆克魯斯（Tom Cruise）、布萊德彼特（Brad Pitt）、安東尼奧班德拉斯（Antonio Banderas）和克利斯汀史萊特（Christian Slater）四大巨星主演，轟動一時！此片並分別獲得金球獎和奧斯卡金像獎各二項的提名，還榮登當年美國的最佳恐怖電影。

1997 年尼爾喬登以【豪情本色】（Michael Collins）獲得了威尼斯影展「金獅獎」最佳影片。1998年以【悲歡歲月】（The Butcher Boy）入圍柏林影展競賽片，他本人則登上了「銀熊獎」最佳導演獎。2000年他以【愛情的盡頭】（The End of the Affair）獲「金球獎」最佳導演提名。2002年他的【The Good Thief】則入圍西班牙「聖賽巴提昂國際影展」競賽片。今年，尼爾喬登則以【冥王星早餐】獲得了歐洲電影獎最佳影片和最佳男主角的雙料提名。
